Classes:
Bums, Legs & Tums
Mon - 10am-11am     Thu - 10am-11am

BLT comprises of an aerobic warm up, followed by a variety of specific exercises targeting those essential areas. This class is aimed at all levels of fitness and  abilities. No equipment needed. Just bring a towel and some water.

Boxercise
Tue - 11am - 12pm    Thu - 7pm - 8pm    Fri - 10am-11am

Boxercise comprises of a variety of exercises used in boxing, together with exercises targeting those essential areas. This class is aimed at all levels of fitness and abilities. We have some equipment available, but it would be preferable for hygiene reasons for you to provide certain equipment.

Aerobics
Wed - 10am-11am

Aerobics comprises of low impact aerobic movements which concentrate on raising your pulse and body temperature to burn fat and increase fitness levels. The session finishes with specific exercises targetting those essential areas. This class is aimed at all levels of fitness and abilities. No equipment needed.

Cardio Kickboxing
Tue - 6pm-7pm

Cardio Kickboxing comprises of martial arts punching and kicking movements to music. This low-medium impact class is a fun way to burn calories and get fit. No equipment is needed as it is non contact. Cardio Kickboxing is not a martial art, it just involves movements from martial arts. You will not learn self defence from this class. This class is aimed at all levels of fitness and abilities.
